So you’ve ordered your whole or half hog, submitted your cut sheet and finalized payment. NOW WHAT?!
Great news – it’s pretty easy.
We pick up your freshly processed pork, neatly packaged, expertly labeled, and perfectly sorted. We can either schedule delivery where we bring the product to you in inspector-approved coolers OR you can come out to the property and see us! You’ll want to make sure you bring 2 large coolers for a whole hog and 1 large cooler for a half hog. From there, we will help load up your pork and you can take it home to arrange however suits you. But be careful! Chances are, you’ll want to try a little bit of everything and have to settle on just one thing to try first 😉
